Harrow the Ninth is a terrible pick for this list because it is in fact a sequel that doesn’t make sense without context (arguable with context) but it’s probably the book i’ve reread the most, it lands some technical tricks well, and you get to say “you can’t truly judge it until the fanfic AUs”

like, there’s a big difference between wanting someone to see you in something cute (easy, can be done with you, someone, and something cute) vs posting it (setting up camera, potentially setting up lighting, poses, looking through all of them to see what looks cute, editing, etc)very valid pout

also re bathrooms: most don’t even have baths. Definitionally a half bath won’t have a bath in it. Many full bathrooms have showers instead.There’s also “restrooms” which tend to be public ones. Resting is generally not done. So that’s more obfuscation. Public showers would be showers.

Looking up the laws in different countries as possible emergency migration places, and while singapore would recognize me as a woman (yay!) because of that they won’t recognize my marriage to my wife (boo!)
